Here are some Q & A for quick reference
1 - What are specialty Tees & Tops?
The world of "custom" T-shirts is so overwhelmed with just an application of a custom artwork that we needed to differentiate from that. We don't just apply the artwork, we make the actual garment, with a choice of style, fabric and color. These are not the ordinary T-shirt mass produced available in the market. These are Tees and Tops artesanally made in USA using special fabrics and special styles.

2 - Do you make for individuals or just brands?
We are a wholesaler producing for brands, designers & stores. We just started to make this product available for individuals.

3 - What is the price point for a Tee or Top?
Retail price usually is $70 - $100 USD for a Tee or Top. Of course price will vary depending on the style and the materials. We offer free estimate over an email or text. Do not hesitate to contact us. We will be very happy to help you.

4 - How long is the process?
It will take about one month for individuals and around two months for wholesale orders. It could take more depending on style and materials availability.

5 - What payments do you accept?
Our wholesale accounts are being charged through other venues. As we are still beta testing sales for individuals, at this time we have available PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Other options will be added in the future.

6 - Are all your products sustainable?
Although we are a strong advocate for sustainability, we are still a manufacturer that helps with the creation of the product. The consumer, either the brand or the individual, chooses the materials.
We will always try our best to work with more sustainable materials, but it all comes down to price, and the consumer is not always wiling to pay.
Regardless, we are commited to high quality products and better materials, even if they are not 100% sustainable. Most likely they will not end up in the landfill soon after its purchase.
Ps.: Please keep in mind that 100% sustainability is not easy to achieve. That includes every little tiny thing that goes into the garment. Sometimes we can not find that.

7 - Do I have to use a template or can I make what ever I want?
Normally whatever design you want, it will start with a template I already have, and modify that. At this moment if I don't have the template and I like your design, I will create that for my arquive.
For brands and designers a whole product development process needs be done. A tech pack needs to be created in order for the prodcut to be manufacturered.

8 - How does the process works?
You choose a template and the size. I can modify that template as in make shorter or longer and change the neck line a little be. Choose the fabric and the color and voilà, it goes into production.

9 - Can you replicate a Tee or Top I already have?
Yes. An extra charge to copy the pattern will be added. The pattern will be saved to be used anytime.

10 - Do you ship outside of USA?
At this moment we ship only with in the continent of USA. No Virgin Islands, no Puerto Rico.

11 - How much would you charge for shipping?
We will use USPS and will just pass the charges to you. We will not charge extra for handling.

12 - Can I return my garment if I am not satisfied?
Since this is customized for you, and we can make it to your taste, we will work with you to achieve your desired outcome. There will not be a return and refund allowance. Please, only start this process if you really want your garment. Do not engage in this process if you are looking to just try it out if it works.

13 - How do we communicate?
Please keep in mind this is a customization process. We need to engage in exchanging information for a successful outcome. The process can be done through text or email. A phone call might be needed in case of miss communication.
