Returns & Exchanges Policy for Studio LeaF
Effective Date: August 18, 2025.
At Studio LeaF, every garment is crafted on demand and customized with care. Because each piece is made uniquely for you, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds. This is part of our commitment to sustainability—we believe in creating clothing that lasts and avoiding unnecessary waste. Instead of discarding garments, we focus on working with you to make sure you are truly happy with your order.
1. Our Commitment
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something feels off about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at contact@studioleafonline.com
We will do everything possible to find a solution.
2. Resolution Process
If an issue arises, we address it in this order:

Alteration – We will adjust or alter your garment to better meet your needs.

Replacement – If alteration isn’t possible, we will create a new garment for you.

Refund (last option) – Only when neither alteration nor replacement resolves the issue, and we determine that it’s the best course of action, will we issue a refund.
3. Important Notes

Refunds are issued only after all other options are exhausted and at Studio LeaF’s discretion.

Because of the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Preferences unrelated to quality or craftsmanship

If a refund is issued, it means we cannot meet your expectations, and therefore we may not be able to accept future orders from that customer.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to alterations or exchanges, unless the issue was caused by Studio LeaF.
